上周,苏州阿德科特首届学生会选举终于如期而至,各位有志者们摩拳擦掌,在全体学生面前进行了竞选演说。初中和高中分学部进行了投票,经过激烈的角逐,终于迎来了我们首届学生会的闪亮登场。他们分别是:7年级李阳天、田嘉乐;8年级赵焘熹、刘存周;IG年级董美玉、徐来。下面让我一起来听听两位履新成员的心得分享。
首先,很高兴我能够作为参加学生会竞选的一员在这里为校公众号写下自己的想法,能够和那么多优秀的人一同竞争是我的荣幸。或许比起讨论学生会的宗旨,我更想先它存在的意义。“桥梁”,“纽带”,“组织结构”...... 搜索引擎上有无数对学生会的定义,相较之下,我的理解或许不是最精彩最“合规格”的那个。
First of all, I am very glad to be able to participate in the Student Union campaign here for our school, to be able to compete with so many outstanding people is my honor.
Rather than discuss the aim of the student union I prefer to study the significance of its existence, a bridge and link, the organizational structure, there are countless that be used to define it, there are numerous discussions concerned with services for the students for the school. My answer may not be the most standard.
学生会的存在源于学生自发的领导组织能力。学生会成立于学生,管理于学生,双方互相管理互相扶持。通俗地说,学生会就是为了学生而成立的“打工人组织”,而这群打工人又全都是学生。学生会应当是独立于学校行政体系,有着自己的预算以及权力范围的群众性组织。
对于一个学校的学生会来说,文化无疑是它的灵魂,对学生会的成长以及发展起着至关重要的作用。
既然我们做的是国际学校的学生会,那创新就必不可少;与此同时纪律性和严谨性也要保证,因为学生会是由学生群体共同组织的金字塔,它必须做到基底坚固而又创新独特。谈及学生时代,你脑海中第一个词想必就是年轻。是的,学校是永远年轻的,她是年轻的集合体,蕴藏着崭新的喷涌出藏不住的生机。所以学生会也应该是年轻的,因为她是由年轻的敢于闯的年轻人创立的。呼吸着新鲜的空气,但必须清楚的知道自己现在为何至此,所在何处,将来要去往何方,因此我希望我们的学生会会是一所承载着不安跳动的心的巨轮,避开海面上所有的冰山,前往正确的地方。

The existence of the student union is the result of the spontaneous ability of organization, the leadership of the student sets up the student- student management mutual support framework. In other words, the student union is an organization established for the sake of students.
The student union culture is undoubtedly the soul of the student union and plays an important role in the growth and development of the student union.
Since we are students of an international school, innovation is necessary.but discipline and rigor are also necessary. I hope that our student union will be a ship with restless hearts, avoiding all the icebergs on the sea and heading to the right place. Since this responsibility is placed on the student union, I believe that the members elected by all of us will certainly live up to our expectations as students.

聊了那么多学生会的意义,我们换个轻松的话题。苏州阿德科特学生会是如何被选出的?
我们的学生会竞选按初、高中分组举行。高中组选举在星期一,初中组在星期二。初中组年 纪较小的同学可以有个缓冲,也可以在星期一晚上去听一听学长学姐们的演讲然后修改自己的稿子。
Our campaign is divided according to their age groups. The senior middle school group is on Monday, and the junior middle school group is on Tuesday.
让我印象深刻的是preA班的两位幽默的学长,他们ppt上的灵魂表情包引起了大家的深刻共鸣;勇敢地第一个登台演讲的周佳琪学姐也很优秀,她有着优异的学术成绩,ppt准备得也很用心。我和我的好朋友Jason一起背稿子,我们俩赶在了交稿前才刚刚完成了准备,也算是一次有惊无险的经历吧。
What impressed me most was the two humorous schoolmates from PRE-A class. Their memes on the PPT struck a deep chord with everyone. Zhou Jiaqi, who bravely gave the first speech on stage, was also very excellent. She had excellent academic performance and prepared her PPT very carefully. My good friend Jason and I recited the manuscript together. We just finished the preparation before the manuscript was handed in. It was a very close experience.
最后,再次感谢老师愿意推荐我参加学生会选举以及感谢每个给我加油的同学,能够带着你们的喜爱站在台上这本身就是我的荣幸,同时也预祝我们的学生会越办越好,相信我们一定能在学生会主席的带领下把学生会做好。
Finally, I would like to thank my teacher again for recommending me to participate in the election of the student union and thank every student who cheered me on. It is my honor to stand on the stage with your love. At the same time, I wish our student union will do better and better.

Q: 你为什么要参加学生会竞选?
A: 因为我想运用我的经济学知识和我的领导能力为我的学校和同学作出贡献。
Q: 你认为的学生会是怎么样的?
A: 我所认为的学生会跟传统意义上的不太一样,传统意义上的学生会是很多东西都是听学生会的,以学生会为主导。但我希望是可以采纳更多学生的意见。
Q: 你所期待的学生会是什么样的呢?
A: 我所期待的学生会是可以倾听学生们的想法,让我们的创造力得到一定的发展。结合学生和老师的意见一起共同前行,共同努力。
Q: 你可以为学生会做什么呢?
A: 因为我对经济和商务比较感兴趣,而且也比较擅长这些,并有较强的领导力。所以我可以帮学校找到一些赞助也可以管理学校学生的日常行为行规。

Q: Why are you running for student council?
A: Because I want to use my knowledge of economics and my leadership skills to make contributions to my school and my classmates.
Q: What do you think students will be like?
A: I think the student union is different from the traditional sense. In the traditional sense, the student union listens to A lot of things and takes the lead of the student union. But I wish I could take more students' opinions.
Q: What kind of student do you expect?

A:我认为学生会是学生与老师之间沟通的桥梁,可以帮助学生获得更好的活动体验以及活动感受。
Q:你所期待的学生会是什么样的呢?
A:我期待老师与同学之间可以和谐相处,老师可以更多的了解学生想要的东西,学生可以开展更多的活动。
Q:你可以为学生会做什么呢?
A:我会在我力所能及的范围之内帮助同学们开展更多的丰富的活动,在维护学生的权利的同时让老师了解到学生真正想要的学校是什么样子的。

Q: Why are you running for student council?
A: Because I want to improve myself. I always felt that I was not confident enough, so I wanted to become a better myself by joining the student union.

A:我所认为的学生会是一个金字塔形的组织,问题由下传到上,最大的问题由主席决定,决定后副手们再开始采取行动。
Q:你所期待的学生会是什么样的呢?
A:我所期待的学生会是大家都可以和谐共处,不争不抢友善待人。
Q:你可以为学生会做什么呢?
A:我认为我可以在有限的范围内给予学生最大的自由。例如每周五穿自己的衣服,可以让我们的学习生活更加有趣。

Q: Why are you running for student council?
A: Because I think it is an honorable and arduous task to join the Student Union to help our classmates and partners. I also bear the trust and responsibility of every student on my shoulders.
Q: What do you think students will be like?
A: I think of the Student Union as a pyramidal organization, in which questions are handed down from the bottom to the top. The president decides the biggest questions, after which the deputies start to take action.
Q: What kind of student do you expect?
A: What I expect from the student is that everyone can live in harmony and be friendly to others without fighting.
Q: What can you do for the Student Union?
A: I think I can give my students as much freedom as possible within the limits. For example, wearing our own clothes every Friday can make our study and life more interesting.
